Sway the Weekend Away at Cape Town's Jazz Festival

Jazz it up!

Taking place for the 19th year in a row, the Cape Town International Jazz Festival has established itself as one of the greatest Jazz Festivals not only in Africa, but in the world. The event takes place without fail each year on the last weekend of March or the first weekend of April and boasts more than five stages, over forty esteemed Jazz musicians and what is known to many as “Africa’s Grandest Gathering”. This year the event is taking place on Friday the 23rd of March and Saturday the 24th of March.

Where will you be swaying the night away?

Venue: Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC)

When you hear “convention centre”, it’s easy to imagine a large building with tacky retractable walls, outdated decor and carpets in desperate need of a clean, but the Cape Town International Convention Centre is here to put those perceptions to bed! Not only is the CTICC beautifully furnished, but it is environmentally conscious, features a modern interior and incredible acoustics.
